Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any service on the 588fc platform. By creating an account you agree to be bound by all conditions set out here.

Introduction

Agreement Between You and 588fc

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 588fc ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 588fc website at https://588fc.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Account Registration

Opening and Managing Your 588fc Account

Each player may hold only one 588fc account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing management:

5.1Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 588fc will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. 5.3Account Closure

You may close your 588fc account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply to that balance. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5.4Account Suspension and Termination

588fc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, Terms violation, exploitation of bonus structures, use of prohibited software, provision of false identity information, or any other conduct that is contrary to fair use of the platform. In such cases, 588fc may withhold balances pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited without prior notice.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

588fc supports a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

6.1Accepted Payment Methods

588fc accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction.

6.2Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 588fc reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and suspend the associated account if a payment is received from a method that does not match your verified identity. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or that has been verified as belonging to you.

6.3Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals requested during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer. 588fc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or national holidays in Bangladesh.

6.4Currency

All transactions on the 588fc platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. 588fc is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Terms, Wagering Requirements and Promotion Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by 588fc are subject to the following general conditions. Specific bonus campaigns may carry additional terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence over these general conditions for that bonus.

Welcome Bonus Eligibility
The 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method. The bonus is credited automatically following a qualifying first deposit. Players who have previously held a 588fc account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is detected, 588fc reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend the account.

Promotion Modifications
588fc reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, including promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events such as BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup. Changes to active bonuses already claimed will be communicated via the registered account email or via in-platform notification. Continuing to use the platform following a bonus modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Gameplay Rules

Rules Governing Betting and Gaming on 588fc

8.1Bet Confirmation and Finality

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 588fc system. A bet slip displayed on screen before confirmation does not constitute a placed bet. Once confirmed, bets may not be cancelled or modified by the player except where a specific cancellation feature is available for that bet type. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at the discretion of 588fc.

8.2Insufficient Funds

8.3Game Outcomes and Technical Errors

Prohibited Conduct

Actions That Are Strictly Forbidden on 588fc

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms. 588fc will take immediate action upon detection of any of the below, up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

  1. Registering more than one 588fc account, whether under your own name or a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
  2. Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the 588fc platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms, including any tool that automates bet placement or exploits timing advantages.
  3. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or the proceeds of criminal activity of any kind.
  4. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets across accounts to exploit bonus structures, guarantee outcomes, or manipulate casino game results.
  5. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the 588fc platform, its underlying technology, or any connected third-party gaming system.
  6. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during the registration, KYC verification, or payment processing stages, including use of another person's identity documents or payment credentials.

588fc cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to platform usage. Player data may be disclosed to relevant authorities where required by law or court order.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of 588fc Platform Content

All content on the 588fc platform — including but not limited to the 588fc brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, interface elements, and software — is the proprietary property of 588fc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. 12.3Player Decisions

The Company is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of decisions made while using the platform, including losses resulting from bets placed under the influence of substances, emotional distress, or impaired judgement.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms and Governing Law

588fc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 588fc will provide notice via in-platform notification or via the registered account email address at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting the support team.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 588fc platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 588fc operates as an online entertainment platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure by 588fc to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights.
